Conduct comprehensive market research, property valuations, and financial analyses. Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of active experience in commercial real estate sales or leasing (proven track record as a solo agent or an established team).
Licensing:
Active California Real Estate Salesperson or Broker License (DRE) is required .
Expertise:
Strong understanding of commercial property types, investment analysis, local zoning, and commercial contracts.
Skills:
