This role is designed for newer or developing agents who want to work closely with an experienced mentor while building skills, confidence, and a sustainable business. As part of Keller Williams Realty—the largest real estate franchise in the world by agent count —our South Jordan Utah office is known for strong leadership, proven systems, and a culture that prioritizes agent growth. What You'll Do:

Work directly with a mentor on active buyers and sellers Assist with property showings, open houses, and client follow-up Learn how to manage transactions from contract to close Support marketing efforts, listing preparation, and client communications Build foundational skills in lead generation, negotiations, and contracts Maintain organized records and uphold compliance standards

Qualifications:

Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred. Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
