Job Description

FOUNDING MENTOR AGENT - BOSTON ALBRICK
is officially launching in Boston and is looking for a select group of experienced real estate agents to join as Founding Mentors. This opportunity is designed for agents who want to continue growing their own business while helping newer agents succeed and contributing to the growth of a new market. What We Offer 100% commission on all closed transactions during your first 3 months 90/10 split on self-generated business after the launch period Up to 90/10 on company-generated opportunities through our Collective model No monthly brokerage fees Mentor compensation tied to the success of your Collective Zillow referral opportunities Pre-approved Rocket Mortgage referrals Transaction coordination support Operational support staff Marketing resources Training systems and mentorship infrastructure Requirements Active Massachusetts Real Estate License Previous real estate sales experience Strong communication and leadership skills Desire to help newer agents grow and succeed Limited Founding Mentor positions are available.
