This energetic position combines administrative excellence with real estate experience, ensuring smooth daily functions and strategic property management. You'll be assisting the coordination of office logistics, supporting property transactions, and maintaining exceptional customer service standards. Responsibilities Help manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and administrative support to ensure efficiency. Oversee property management tasks such as lease administration, tenant communication, and maintenance coordination. Assist in real estate transactions by listing properties, showing properties, preparing documents, conducting research, and supporting negotiations with clients and vendors. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other legal requirements related to property management. Coordinate marketing efforts for available properties, including online listings and promotional campaigns to attract prospective tenants or buyers. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining positive relationships with clients and tenants. Support sales activities through follow ups with potential clients to foster growth. Qualifications Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Demonstrated negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions and agreements. Licensed in real estate including knowledge of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and legal documentation processes. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle diverse client needs professionally. Experience in marketing strategies specific to real estate or office environments. Proficiency in administrative tools and software; prior experience with property management systems is a plus.
