KW Marquee is hiring Investment Specialists who are passionate about working with real estate investors, property owners, and entrepreneurs throughout Waterloo, Columbia, Belleville, O'Fallon, Edwardsville, and the greater Metro East region. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want to specialize in investment properties, rental portfolios, land opportunities, multi family properties, and wealth building real estate strategies. With continued growth throughout the Metro East and Greater St. Louis markets, there are tremendous opportunities for agents looking to build a niche business focused on investment real estate.
Responsibilities:
Identify and analyze investment opportunities throughout Illinois and the Metro East market Work with clients on acquisitions, rentals, flips, multi family properties, and investment strategies Create financial analyses to evaluate ROI and long term investment potential Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, landlords, and business owners Negotiate purchase and sale agreements on behalf of clients Stay informed on local market trends, zoning regulations, development projects, and economic activity Develop long term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Requirements:
Active real estate license in Illinois Understanding of real estate investment principles preferred Strong analytical and negotiation skills Entrepreneurial mindset with strong networking abilities Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
