Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze investment opportunities throughout El Paso and Las Cruces markets Work with clients on acquisitions, flips, rentals, and multi family properties Create financial models to evaluate ROI and long term performance Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and local partners Negotiate purchase and sale agreements to secure strong outcomes Stay informed on market trends, zoning, and local economic activity

Requirements:
