Responsibilities:

Identify and analyze investment opportunities throughout North Atlanta and surrounding areas Work with clients on acquisitions, flips, rentals, and multi family properties Create financial models to evaluate ROI and long term performance Build and maintain relationships with investors, developers, and local partners Negotiate purchase and sale agreements to secure strong outcomes Stay informed on local market trends, zoning regulations, and economic growth

Requirements:
