Keller Williams KW Northern Michigan is hiring Investment Specialists to work with real estate investors, flippers, and multi-family owners in the Northern Michigan market. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial agents who are passionate about wealth-building strategies and eager to leverage the growing Michigan real estate opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across Northern Michigan Assist clients with acquisitions, flips, rentals, and multi-family properties Create financial models to assess ROI and potential investment returns Build strong relationships with investors, developers, and key market players Negotiate purchase and sale agreements with precision Stay updated on market data, zoning regulations, and economic trends
