Job Description:

This position is on a hybrid schedule in West Palm Beach for a large commercial real estate investment firm. The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial commercial real estate leases. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and process commercial lease documents, amendments, renewals, notices, and related agreements Maintain accurate lease records, abstracts, critical dates, and tenant information Coordinate execution of lease documents with tenants, brokers, attorneys, and internal teams Serve as a primary administrative contact for tenants and leasing brokers Respond to tenant inquiries regarding lease terms, billing coordination, move-ins, and operational matters Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred in business, real estate, finance, or related field 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, lease administration, property management, or related administrative support Experience with industrial properties preferred
