Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and driven Leasing Agent to join our team. In this role, you will build relationships with landowners, identify prime billboard locations, and negotiate lease agreements for new billboard sites. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the outdoor advertising industry, and the ability to be self-motivated. Key Responsibilities Prospect, research, and identify properties suitable for billboard development. Contact and build relationships with landowners to present leasing opportunities. Negotiate agreements for billboard leases or sign easements. Coordinate with permitting, legal, and development teams to ensure compliance. Maintain accurate records of leads, contracts, and property data. Represent Media Choice professionally with integrity and respect for landowner rights. Qualifications Prior experience in sales, leasing, real estate, or outdoor advertising preferred. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple leads and projects independently. Knowledge of Texas real estate, land development, or billboard regulations. Proficient in technology. Valid driver's license.
