Leasing Agent

We are looking for motivated Leasing Agents to join our team in Dardanelle. This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity that rewards hard work and results.

Responsibilities include:

Showing available rental units to prospective tenants Explaining leasing terms, features, and benefits of the properties Assisting applicants with paperwork and move-in process Generating leads through outreach, follow-up, and local marketing Representing our company with professionalism and excellent customer service What We Offer $500 commission per lease closed Flexible schedule — no set hours Opportunity to grow real estate and sales experience Supportive team environment Qualifications Leasing or sales experience is a plus, but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated and dependable Ability to work independently and manage your own time How to Apply If you're ready to earn extra income with flexibility, we'd love to hear from you!
