We manage single-family homes, multi-family properties, and investment portfolios for property owners throughout the Miami Valley. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Leasing & Tenant Relations Manager to join our team. This position is for a licensed real estate professional who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping property owners and tenants have an exceptional experience. Position Overview The Leasing & Tenant Relations Manager is responsible for marketing available properties, conducting showings, processing applications, placing qualified tenants, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the leasing process. This role requires travel throughout our service area and the ability to manage multiple properties and applicants simultaneously. Responsibilities Market and advertise available rental properties across multiple platforms. Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule property showings. Conduct property tours and highlight property features and amenities. Screen applicants, including income verification, rental history, background checks, and credit review. Process lease applications and prepare lease documents. Coordinate move-ins and ensure units are ready for occupancy. Maintain regular communication with tenants and property owners. Assist in resolving tenant concerns and facilitate positive landlord-tenant relationships. Maintain accurate records within company software systems. Collaborate with maintenance and property management staff to ensure excellent customer service. Assist with occupancy goals and portfolio growth initiatives. Qualifications Active Ohio Real Estate License

REQUIRED.

Must be willing to transfer your real estate license to our brokerage. No exceptions. Previous experience in leasing, property management, real estate sales, or customer service preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Experience with property management software is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Travel Requirements Home office is located in Vandalia, Ohio . Must be willing to travel within approximately 40 miles of our office location for showings, inspections, and tenant meetings.
