In this energetic role, you will leverage your negotiation skills, marketing expertise, and customer service talent to guide clients through buying and selling properties. Your ability to communicate effectively and stay organized will be key to delivering exceptional service while adhering to fair housing regulations and real estate laws. Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies across various platforms to promote listings and attract potential buyers and sellers Assist clients in buying, selling, or leasing residential and commercial properties with enthusiasm and professionalism Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase listings effectively Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms to secure the best outcomes for clients Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to real estate transactions Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and guiding them through the buying or selling process Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, tracking transactions, and ensuring compliance with real estate laws and fair housing regulations Requirements Willingness to perform marketing techniques specific to real estate (i.e. social media posting, outbound calling to verified leads, and open houses) Valid real estate license in good standing with DBPR Experience in real estate sales is preferred, but not required Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is a plus Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail in administrative processes Join us if you're eager to grow your career in a fast-paced environment where your enthusiasm, skills, and dedication will be celebrated!
