Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance and personalized service Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers and tenants Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure favorable deals for clients Develop and implement marketing strategies across various channels to promote listings effectively Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property values, and regulatory requirements including Fair Housing laws Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and transaction documentation with precision Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional customer service to foster trust and loyalty Requirements Valid real estate license in KY or OH (or in the process of obtaining) in good standing with relevant licensing authorities Proven experience in real estate sales or property management with demonstrated success in negotiations Strong marketing skills with the ability to craft compelling property listings and outreach campaigns Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly articulate complex information Knowledge of real estate law, fair housing regulations, and administrative procedures related to property transactions Organizational skills to manage multiple clients, listings, and deadlines efficiently Previous experience in real estate administrative roles or property management is preferred but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for real estate can truly shine!
