Who We're Looking For:
A licensed Texas Real Estate Agent (or in the process of getting your license). An ambitious, self-motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset. Someone who is coachable, eager to learn, and ready to implement proven systems. A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
Proactively seek and convert leads into clients. Advise clients on market conditions, prices, and the buying/selling process. Show properties, host open houses, and manage negotiations. Build and maintain a database of clients for long-term relationship building. Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and continuing education. Ready to unlock your full potential? Pay:
$55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
