Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agents to join our team and brokerage. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of real estate law and Fair Housing regulations, along with exceptional customer service skills. As a Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the buying, selling, and leasing processes while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to effectively manage client relationships and transactions. Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by providing expert guidance throughout the process. Conduct market analysis to determine property values and advise clients on pricing strategies. Prepare and present property listings using effective marketing techniques. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and market trends. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, including documentation and record-keeping. Foster relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers and inspectors, to facilitate smooth transactions. Stay informed about local property management practices to better serve clients. Requirements Valid South Carolina real estate license. Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven customer service experience with a focus on client satisfaction. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in negotiation techniques to advocate for clients' best interests. Experience in property management is a plus but not required. Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse clientele.
