Who We Are Looking For This role is ideal for: Newly licensed Georgia real estate agents who want training and structure Agents who have a license but have not closed consistently yet Agents coming from another brokerage who need more support and accountability Agents who want buyer and seller opportunities without feeling like just another number Agents who are coachable, ambitious, and willing to follow a proven system Agents who are comfortable making calls, following up, attending appointments, and serving clients at a high level Responsibilities As a Whitney Agee Team agent, you will: Respond quickly to buyer and seller opportunities Follow up with leads through calls, texts, email, and CRM systems Conduct buyer consultations and seller consultations Schedule and attend showings Host open houses Prepare and write offers with guidance when needed Communicate professionally with clients, lenders, attorneys, inspectors, and team members Attend team meetings, trainings, and accountability sessions Learn Atlanta-area neighborhoods, pricing, contracts, and market trends Represent the Whitney Agee Team brand with professionalism and care Requirements Active Georgia real estate license required Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Willingness to make calls and follow up consistently Professional appearance and client-first mindset Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed Coachability and willingness to follow team systems Full-time commitment preferred Compensation Estimated annual income: $70,000-$150,000+ This is a commission-based real estate sales opportunity. Income depends on effort, lead conversion, client service, consistency, and closed transactions.
