Office located in Suffield CT Duties Engage with warm leads provided by the company's marketing efforts, converting inquiries into successful transactions Conduct property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase listings effectively Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable terms while adhering to Fair Housing regulations Provide expert guidance on real estate law, property management, and market conditions to clients Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property listings, and transaction progress using administrative tools Develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to each property to maximize exposure and attract potential buyers Communicate clearly with clients in multiple languages (if bilingual or multilingual), ensuring they understand every step of the process Stay updated on local regulations, fair housing laws, and industry best practices to provide compliant and ethical service Experience Valid state license as a Real Estate Agent or Broker with active licensing status Proven experience in real estate sales, customer service, or property management preferred Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities appreciated but not required Familiarity with real estate law, fair housing regulations, and administrative procedures within the industry Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously Previous experience using real estate CRM systems or administrative software is advantageous Join us today if you're eager to make an impact in the real estate world!
