Responsibilities:

Guide buyers and sellers through residential real estate transactions Build and maintain strong client relationships Prospect and generate new business opportunities Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from contract to close Attend coaching, training, and mentorship sessions Utilize KW systems and tools to grow your business

Qualifications:

Active Utah Real Estate License (or willingness to obtain). Strong communication skills and a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. Previous experience in real estate sales, new home sales, or related fields preferred. Self-motivated, with a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
