What You'll Do Convert Zillow Flex and team-generated leads into appointments, contracts, and closings. Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments using TAC's proven framework. Show homes, write offers, negotiate contracts, and walk clients from first call to settlement. Maintain accurate CRM activity, follow up consistently, and work the database. Hit weekly activity standards (calls, appointments, closings) — we measure what matters. Show up coachable, professional, and ready to execute. Who We're Looking For Active Maryland real estate license — or actively in the process of obtaining one (required). New agents who are hungry, coachable, and willing to outwork their peers — welcome.
