Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Licensed Real Estate Assistant to join our energetic team! This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to support real estate professionals in delivering exceptional service to clients, managing property transactions, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. As a Licensed Real Estate Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations, facilitating smooth communication, coordinating marketing efforts, and assisting with administrative and legal tasks. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help drive success in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Duties Client Support Coordinate property showings and assist with buyer tours Host and manage open houses Maintain communication with clients, agents, vendors, title companies, and lenders Provide exceptional client service throughout the transaction process Prepare and organize listing and buyer presentation materials Assist with scheduling consultations, showings, inspections, and walk-throughs Follow up with leads, inquiries, and past clients Transaction Coordination & Compliance Manage contracts from executed agreement to closing Ensure all files are compliant with brokerage and Texas real estate regulations Track important deadlines, contingencies, option periods, and closing dates Upload and maintain documents within transaction management systems Coordinate with title companies, lenders, inspectors, and vendors Review paperwork for accuracy and completeness Prepare listings on HAR (Multiple Listing Service) Marketing & Brand Support Help create and maintain brand consistency across materials and events Coordinate print materials, signage, and marketing assets Coordinate branding shoots, content days, and marketing campaigns Assist with social media coordination and content organization Prepare closing gift baskets and client appreciation gifts Assist with photography/videography scheduling and listing preparation Field & Property Operations Install and remove signs and lockboxes Deliver marketing materials and signage Assist with staging coordination and listing preparation Requirements Valid real estate license with a thorough understanding of real estate law and industry regulations. Proven experience in real estate administrative functions or property management roles. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to effectively liaise with clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in marketing techniques specific to real estate including digital advertising and social media promotion. Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance during all transactions and marketing activities. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with customer service excellence, sales strategies, and administrative procedures within real estate settings.
