Responsibilities
Assist buyers with property showings and home searches
Market properties and services to prospective sellers
Develop and maintain client relationships
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
Manage transactions from initial contact through closing
Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and industry trends Qualifications
Strong work ethic, professionalism, and personal integrity
Active California Real Estate License preferred
Willingness and ability to obtain a real estate license if not currently licensed
Ability to network, prospect, and build a client base
Previous sales experience preferred (1+ year)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
