Real Estate Salesperson - Full-Time or Part-Time Veikko Properties is an independent, privately owned real estate brokerage specializing in real estate sales, property management and general construction. Founded in Mendocino County, Veikko Properties has built a strong local reputation for exceptional customer service, honesty, integrity, and a commitment to innovation within the real estate industry. We believe buying and selling real estate should be straightforward, transparent, and fair. We are currently seeking motivated, self-driven individuals to join our growing team as a Real Estate Salesperson . Whether you're an experienced agent or looking to begin a rewarding career in real estate, this is an opportunity to build your business with the support of a locally respected brokerage. This is a commission-based position with both part-time and full-time opportunities available, offering the flexibility to create your own schedule while taking control of your professional growth and earning potential. Responsibilities
  • Assist buyers with property showings and home searches
  • Market properties and services to prospective sellers
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts
  • Manage transactions from initial contact through closing
  • Maintain knowledge of local market conditions and industry trends Qualifications
  • Strong work ethic, professionalism, and personal integrity
  • Active California Real Estate License preferred
  • Willingness and ability to obtain a real estate license if not currently licensed
  • Ability to network, prospect, and build a client base
  • Previous sales experience preferred (1+ year)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
