Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance and support Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers and tenants Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and terms to secure favorable deals for clients while maintaining fair housing regulations compliance Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies across various channels to promote listings effectively Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and property details using real estate administrative tools Stay informed about local market trends, property management practices, and relevant real estate law updates Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally in multiple languages if applicable Experience Valid state license as a Real Estate Salesperson or equivalent certification required Proven experience in real estate sales or property management preferred Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual proficiency highly desirable Familiarity with marketing techniques specific to real estate markets and digital platforms Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, and administrative procedures related to property transactions Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and listings efficiently Embark on a rewarding career path where your enthusiasm for real estate meets your commitment to exceptional service.
