Remote, Hybrid, or Office-Based (varies by location) Job Overview AXEN Realty and Banking Door are seeking licensed Real Estate Agents, Brokers, and Mortgage Loan Officers to join a collaborative real estate and mortgage team. This role is intended for professionals who value teamwork, structured processes, and access to shared real estate and lending tools and resources.

Responsibilities:

Real Estate Agents & Brokers:

Assist clients with residential real estate transactions Coordinate with mortgage professionals during transactions Maintain compliance with contracts and licensing requirements Use company CRM and business systems Participate in onboarding and training programs Monitor local market conditions and pricing trends

Mortgage Loan Officers:

Review borrower applications and required documentation Present and explain loan options to clients Coordinate with agents and clients throughout transactions Maintain compliance with lending regulations Participate in training and system onboarding

Qualifications:

Active Real Estate License or Mortgage Loan Originator License required Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Sales, real estate, or customer service experience preferred Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Compensation:
