New Construction Real Estate Specialist -
Keller Williams Northern Michigan Overview:
Keller Williams Northern Michigan is hiring New Construction Specialists to connect buyers with builders and guide clients through the new build process. If you enjoy design, development, and helping clients build their dream homes, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with builders and developers Guide clients through the building and design process Market new communities and builder inventory Educate buyers on timelines, warranties, and upgrades Host model home tours and open houses Negotiate builder contracts on behalf of clients

Requirements:
