New Construction Specialist Keller Williams KW Preferred Realty Overview:
Keller Williams KW Preferred Realty in Minnesota is hiring New Construction Specialists to connect buyers with builders and guide clients through the new build process. If you enjoy design, development, and helping clients build their dream homes, this role is for you. You will have the opportunity to support clients navigating new home communities, residential development, and builder inventory across the Minnesota housing market.
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with builders and developers in the local market Guide clients through the building and design process from start to finish Market new communities and builder inventory to attract buyers Educate buyers on timelines, warranties, and available upgrades Host model home tours and open houses to showcase new homes Negotiate builder contracts on behalf of clients with professionalism

Requirements:
