KW Roswell is hiring New Construction Specialists to help buyers navigate the exciting process of purchasing newly built homes throughout Roswell, Alpharetta, Milton, Johns Creek, Cumming, and the North Atlanta market. This opportunity is ideal for agents who enjoy working with builders, showcasing new communities, and guiding clients through every stage of the construction process. With continued population growth, master planned communities, luxury developments, relocation activity, and strong new construction demand throughout North Georgia, there has never been a better time to build a niche in this growing segment of real estate.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with builders and developers throughout the North Atlanta market Guide clients through the building, design, and home selection process Market new home communities and builder inventory Educate buyers on construction timelines, warranties, financing options, and upgrades Host model home tours, community events, and open houses Negotiate builder contracts and advocate for client interests Maintain strong communication throughout the construction and closing process

Requirements:
Active real estate license in Georgia Knowledge of the construction process preferred Strong communication and client service skills Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines Professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
