Job Description
Part-Time Operations Assistant (Real Estate & Business Brokerage) We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Part-Time Operations Assistant to support a growing real estate and business brokerage practice based in Western Pennsylvania. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complexity, managing details, and supporting a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The primary goal of this role is to take ownership of repeatable operational tasks—ensuring leads are handled promptly, deals are organized, and systems run efficiently—freeing up the principal to focus on client relationships and closing transactions.
Responsibilities:
Manage and track incoming leads (buyers and sellers) Send NDAs and organize deal documentation Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and property showings Upload and manage listings (BizBuySell, Crexi, etc.) Assist with email campaigns and outreach Organize and maintain deal folders Support inbox organization and admin tasks Help coordinate seminars and events Identify ways to improve systems and workflows Assist with occasional in-person tasks (local candidates preferred)Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented and dependable Strong written communication skills Comfortable with technology (CRM, Google Drive, email tools) Ability to work independently and take initiative Real estate or operations experience is a plus (not required)Details:
~20 hours per week Hybrid (remote + occasional in-person support in the Grove City area)To Apply:
