This is a great opportunity for a licensed California real estate agent or experienced property manager who wants steady part-time income, flexible hours, and the opportunity to participate in residential real estate sales when opportunities become available. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, professional, bilingual in English and Spanish, and comfortable managing residential and small multifamily rental properties. Position Overview This is a part-time hybrid role requiring approximately 15-20 hours per week . Most administrative work can be done remotely, but the candidate must be available for property visits as needed and must come into the office at least once per week for an in-person meeting. The role will include helping oversee rental properties, coordinate maintenance and repairs, communicate with tenants and vendors, assist with leasing, and help keep property-related projects organized and moving forward. This position also includes the opportunity to receive residential real estate sales leads from time to time. Lead volume is not guaranteed and should not be viewed as the primary source of income, but the right person may have opportunities to assist with buyer, seller, or investor clients as they come in.
Responsibilities Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with day-to-day management of residential rental properties Coordinating repairs, maintenance, inspections, and vendor appointments Communicating with tenants, applicants, contractors, and ownership Helping market vacant units and coordinate showings Assisting with leasing, applications, move-ins, and move-outs Following up on open maintenance and rehab items Conducting property visits as needed Providing regular updates on property status, tenant issues, vacancies, and repairs Helping organize documents, timelines, and property-related tasks Supporting real estate transaction-related tasks when needed Assisting with residential sales opportunities when leads are available Requirements The following are required: Active California Real Estate License Minimum 1 year of experience managing residential or multifamily properties Bilingual in English and Spanish Ability to work approximately 15-20 hours per week Ability to come into the office at least once per week Ability to visit properties in and around South Riverside County, from Lake Elsinore to Hemet Reliable transportation Strong communication and follow-up skills Professional, organized, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Comfortable communicating with tenants, vendors, contractors, and clients Preferred Qualifications Strong candidates may also have: Experience with small multifamily properties Experience leasing residential units Experience coordinating repairs, turns, rehabs, or vendor work Experience with real estate buyers, sellers, or investors Familiarity with basic California landlord-tenant practices Strong problem-solving skills Ability to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision Compensation Compensation is negotiable based on experience, availability, and scope of work. Expected compensation:
$1,500-$2,000 per month depending on experience This is intended to be a steady part-time role of approximately 15-20 hours per week . Additional residential sales opportunities may be available through company-provided leads, but lead volume is not guaranteed.
