Remote, but must live in one of these markets: Jacksonville, FL Savannah, GA San Bernardino, CA Phoenix, AZ (Local market knowledge is important since the role requires property visits, seller meetings, inspections, and negotiations.)

Starting from $50,000 depending on experience

Be Doing:

Source, negotiate, and close residential property purchases directly with motivated sellers Build strong relationships and trust with homeowners Make offers and manage deals from first contact through close Visit properties for assessments, inspections, and negotiations Work independently while owning your pipeline and results

Ideal Background:

4-10 years of sales or business development experience Strong negotiator and communicator Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working independently CRM proficient and tech-savvy Flexible schedule for evenings/weekends when needed
