The Role:
Acquisitions Agent As an Acquisitions Agent, your primary mission is to find and lock up deals. You are the "tip of the spear" for our investment engine. You aren't just waiting for the phone to ring; you are actively hunting for distressed assets, off-market opportunities, and undervalued listings. You are a master of rapport, a creative problem solver, and a relentless closer who knows how to turn a "maybe" into a signed contract.
What You'll Be Doing:
Source Inventory:
Proactively identify and pursue off-market leads, distressed properties, and MLS opportunities that meet our investment criteria.
Negotiate & Contract:
Build rapport with homeowners and agents, conduct discovery calls, and negotiate purchase prices to secure high-margin contracts.
Analyze Deals:
Quickly run "back of the napkin" numbers and detailed comps to determine the viability of an acquisition. Manage the
Funnel:
Efficiently move leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and high conversion rates from initial contact to signed PSA.
Advise Sellers:
Utilize our brokerage arm to offer homeowners the best solution—whether that's an aggressive cash offer or a traditional listing.
What We Provide Training:
Hands-on guidance from industry veterans who have seen every market cycle and know how to overcome every objection.
The Tech:
Full access to our white-labeled CRM and proprietary data tools to track your pipeline and performance.
Lead Flow:
High-quality inbound leads are provided to our top performers. If you show us you can close, we will keep your plate full.
Autonomy:
We don't micromanage. We provide the tools and the leads; you provide the execution.
Who You Are Licensed:
You must hold an active real estate license.
Full-Time Only:
This is not a side hustle. We are looking for agents committed to a career, not a hobby.

You are comfortable talking about money, handling objections, and closing on the first or second call.
Self-Starter:

Resilient:
High energy, growth-minded, and capable of handling the fast-paced "sprint" of the investment world. Requirements Proven experience in sales, real estate negotiations, or investment acquisitions. Deep understanding of market analysis and property valuation (Comps). Ability to work in-office (Long Beach/Fountain Valley) or effectively manage your time remotely.
