Duties Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers and tenants Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure favorable deals for clients while maintaining fair housing regulations Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels, including social media and online platforms Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, property laws, and real estate regulations to advise clients accurately Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and transaction documentation with precision Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, clear communication, and attentive follow-up Requirements Proven experience or background in real estate sales or property management is preferred; however, we welcome motivated newcomers eager to learn Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent marketing abilities to attract clients and close deals effectively Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs Exceptional communication skills for engaging with clients, colleagues, and industry professionals confidently Knowledge of fair housing laws and real estate law to ensure compliant transactions Organizational skills for managing multiple listings, appointments, and paperwork efficiently Customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients achieve their property goals Administrative experience in real estate or related fields enhances your ability to succeed in this role Embark on an exciting career journey where your energy fuels success!
