Duties Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process. Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers and tenants. Develop and implement strategic marketing plans utilizing digital platforms, social media, and traditional advertising to maximize property exposure. Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial agreements that satisfy clients' needs. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance at all times. Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and transaction documentation with precision and attention to detail. Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, clear communication, and proactive follow-up. Stay organized by tracking leads, appointments, and transaction progress using CRM tools or other organizational systems. Collaborate with property management teams when applicable to coordinate leasing or maintenance activities. Keep abreast of market trends, pricing strategies, and new listings to provide clients with current insights and advice. Requirements Proven experience in real estate sales or property management is highly preferred; prior real estate administrative experience is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients' interests. Excellent marketing skills with familiarity in digital advertising platforms and social media promotion. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse client bases. Exceptional customer service skills combined with outstanding communication abilities to build trust and rapport. Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, and ethical standards governing the industry. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy. Familiarity with property management processes is desirable but not mandatory. Administrative experience related to real estate transactions or office management will be considered an asset.
