Attention to detail is paramount to be successful, along with the ability to problem solve and learn when something is outside of the norm Connections to People - Building relationships with a diverse group of people is a key way to be successful. These connections may be your next client or may introduce you to a client. Qualifications:

Real Estate License You will need to have, be in the process of obtaining, or be willing to obtain a PA Real Estate Salesperson License Flexible Availability This is a job where you can create your schedule. However, you also need to be available and responsive when a client or transaction requires your time and attention. Self-motivated This job requires a lot of get-up and go. Leads will be provided to you, but the best leads will come from your sphere of influence. You are in control of how much business you can create, and the team will be here to guide that business to success.

Employment:

This is a commission-only position defined by the commission agreement Most of your expenses will be paid by PRT Employees are at-will and required to abide by REMAX Evolved/REMAX LLC guidelines Weekly Coaching will be provided by a Team Member.

$25,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
