Are you a motivated and passionate individual with a knack for sales? Are you interested in helping others achieve their real estate dreams? Howard Hanna is a reputable real estate agency dedicated to providing exceptional services to clients of all generations. Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition :
Actively seek out and engage potential clients through various marketing channels, including social media, online platforms, networking events, and community outreach.
Consultation and Needs Assessment :
Understand the unique preferences, requirements, and financial goals of clients, whether they are first-time homebuyers, Right-sizers, or investors. Provide professional guidance and advice to help them make informed decisions.
Property Presentations:
Showcase available properties to clients, highlighting their key features, benefits, and investment potential. Utilize innovative marketing tools, such as virtual tours and high-quality photographs, to enhance the client's understanding and visualization of the property.
Negotiation and Sales :
Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Advocate for the client's best interests while maintaining professionalism and ethical conduct throughout the transaction process.
Market Research:
Stay updated on current real estate market trends, pricing, and regulations. Conduct research and analysis to provide accurate market insights to clients, enabling them to make informed decisions.
Documentation and Compliance :
Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork, contracts, and legal documents accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
Qualifications :
Valid Pa real estate license ( or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe) . Proven track record in sales or customer service, preferably in the real estate industry. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse clients from different generations. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals successfully. Tech-savvy with proficiency in using real estate software, online platforms, and social media for lead generation and marketing purposes. Knowledge of local real estate market trends, neighborhoods, and property types. Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
