We have broadened our lead packages in the Knoxville area and surrounding and we have more than we can handle. The leads are both resale for residential, lot and land, and our partner new construction company Smithbilt Homes. Along with being one of the main family owned real estate companies in Knoxville, we have made our brokerage a one-stop-shop. Under one roof we have everything for your real estate career path including, residential, lot and land, commercial, and new construction. We combine that with our in-house Southland Residential Title, and Southland Home Loans. We offer in-depth training and onboarding for all agents joining our company. We have social media specialists to help build your success. We provide signs, directionals, and business cards as well. All of this is free to Southland Agents. The success and growth of your business is our number one priority. Southland is also unveiling a new commission structure as well as a recruiting incentive for any agents that you bring to the company. You get paid when they get paid. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to negotiate effectively. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws. A passion for helping clients achieve their real estate goals is essential. Duties Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential, commercial, lot/land, and new construction properties Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings. Provide expert guidance on market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate laws and Fair Housing regulations. Manage property listings on various platforms and ensure accurate information is presented. Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers or renters. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. Collaborate with other professionals such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, and inspectors to facilitate transactions. Perform administrative tasks related to property management and client communications. Qualifications Proven experience in sales or customer service; background in real estate is a plus. Knowledge of property management principles and practices. Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for clients effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for administrative tasks. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. A valid real estate license or working toward receiving one is a must.
