The Opportunity We are expanding thoughtfully and looking to connect with licensed real estate agents at different stages of their careers, from those just getting started to experienced agents ready for a better brokerage fit. Whether you are building your pipeline or already closing deals, this role is ideal for agents who want flexibility, support when it is useful, and the freedom to run their business without unnecessary meetings, scripts, or office politics. This is not a cold-calling bullpen or a high-pressure team environment. It is a professional home for agents who want to do good work, serve clients well, and grow sustainably. Who You Might Be You may be: A newer agent seeking a clear structure, mentorship, and real-world experience An experienced agent closing deals who feels constrained or underutilized at your current brokerage Independent, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your time Interested in working remotely while staying active in the Buffalo market Focused on quality service rather than volume for volume's sake Responsibilities Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions Guide clients through pricing, offers, negotiations, and closings Manage your business pipeline with professionalism and accountability Communicate clearly with clients, colleagues, and the brokerage Stay informed on local market conditions and best practices Support and involvement scale with your experience level. Required Qualifications Valid NYS real estate license or active enrollment with intent to obtain one Reliable transportation, computer, and smartphone Willingness to affiliate your license exclusively with Roncroft Realty Membership with the Buffalo Niagara Association of
REALTORS
® (BNAR) for MLS access Multi-lingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
