WHAT YOU'LL GET

One-on-one coaching, mentorship & accountability Full transaction management (contract → close, marketing, compliance )Listing support: cleaning, staging consult, photography included Built-in systems: CRM, database management, dialers, and marketing plans Team support handling admin, marketing, and operations so you can SELL Access to luxury, relocation, and in-house lending opportunities Bottom line: You focus on generating business, we handle the rest.

Generate and nurture leads Master conversations and convert opportunities Write contracts, negotiate deals, and close business Build your personal brand and database Follow up consistently and grow your pipeline

THE EXPECTATION

This is a performance-driven environment. We don't do average. 50+ contacts per week 2+ contracts per month Consistent lead generation and follow-up
