As a member of the JPG Realty Team, you'll work alongside experienced coaches and mentors in a hybrid environment, serving buyers and sellers across our markets. And thanks to REAL Broker's acquisition of RE/MAX, you'll be doing it as part of the second largest real estate brokerage in the world. Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties by providing expert guidance and support throughout transactions Conduct property showings, open houses, and market tours to showcase listings effectively Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to ensure favorable outcomes for clients Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels including social media, online platforms, and local advertising Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local market trends, property laws, fair housing regulations, and legal requirements to ensure compliant transactions Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, listing agreements, and transaction documentation with precision and attention to detail Foster excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients, addressing inquiries promptly, and providing ongoing support throughout the sales process Skills Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on achieving win-win solutions for clients Proficiency in marketing techniques to maximize property exposure and attract potential buyers or tenants Multilingual or bilingual skills to serve diverse client populations effectively Exceptional communication skills for building rapport and explaining complex real estate concepts clearly Knowledge of property management practices and real estate law to navigate transactions confidently Organizational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and client interactions efficiently Previous real estate administrative experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude towards client satisfaction Join us today to become part of a lively team dedicated to excellence in real estate!
