We are expanding and looking for motivated, licensed real estate professionals who want consistent deal flow, strong support, and a clear path to growth. As a Zillow Flex team we have consistent, quality leads and are looking for a licensed Rockstar agent to serve our clients up north (Pierce & King Counties). The real estate industry is evolving quickly, and success today depends on systems, accountability, and access to real opportunities. Our Zillow Flex team is built to support agents with proven processes, reliable lead sources, and hands-on guidance—so you can focus on serving clients and closing transactions. Agents with The Dubas Property Group benefit from a steady pipeline of active buyers, including leads generated through nationally recognized platforms. We provide practical training and real-time support to help you convert opportunities efficiently and build momentum in your business. This role is ideal for agents who already understand the fundamentals of real estate and are ready to increase production. Team members are supported with quality mentoring , structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and transaction assistance designed to remove roadblocks and accelerate results.

- Daily lead generation calls
