Pre-licensing courses provided by Kaplan Real Estate Education We are looking for newly licensed, in-school, experienced or those who are looking for a career in real estate but don't know where to start. As a member of Keller Williams you will have the ability to grow inside the company, wealth builiding opportunites, personalized coaching & cutting edge technology. This is a commission based position. Must be willing to obtain a real estate license We are seeking self-motivated and enthusiastic person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to help clients buy or sell a home and will be responsible for connecting and communicating with customers. The right candidate will be able to connect with customers to find the perfect home that meets their needs and expectations. Listing home properties for sale and negotiating deals. Communicate with and create referrals for contractors, home inspectors, and other professionals working on behalf of clients. Communicate with lenders to help clients secure financing. Communicate with title companies to ensure smooth passage of title to buyers of homes and properties. We have in-house support to help you and your business each step of the way.
