What You'll Be Doing:
Networking and prospecting using KW's systems Showing properties and working with buyers Marketing and listing properties with sellers Hosting open houses and participating in community events Negotiating contracts and facilitating smooth transactions Handling phone duty and engaging with new leads Participating in business development, team-building, and profit sharing opportunities
Additional Responsibilities:
Develop listing opportunities through community engagement Coordinate pricing, marketing, and property preparation Follow up with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process Stay current on real estate trends and legal compliance Occasionally assist with title coordination, documentation, and closing tasks
What We're Looking For:
A motivated individual with a strong work ethic Excellent communication and networking skills Willingness and ability to obtain an Oregon Real Estate License Independence and drive to build a sustainable business A passion for helping others and achieving personal goals
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong people skills and problem-solving ability Desire and motivation for sales success Professionalism and self-discipline Familiarity with or willingness to learn territory management and negotiations (Training provided for all key real estate functions)
