Full-time, Independent Contractor (active FL real estate license required) Stop Struggling for Leads. Start Closing Deals. The Milner Team generates leads for you. We screen them before you ever get a call. We hand you qualified buyers and sellers with full notes, timeline, budget, and motivation — so you can skip the guesswork and go straight to helping people. We are looking for 3-4 full-time agents who are hungry, coachable, and ready to build a real career in real estate with a team that actually sets them up to win. Follow up on every lead you receive within 15 minutes — speed matters and we track it Maintain a consistent follow-up cadence on active leads — not one call and done Log every conversation, showing, and status update in the CRM — if it is not in Lofty, it did not happen Attend team trainings and be open to coaching — we invest in making you better Host at least 2 open houses per month — they work and they are free leads Treat every client like family — educate them, protect their interests, and earn their trust Be honest, ethical, and professional at all times — our family name is on this business Who Thrives on This Team Agents who have been in the business 1-3 years but have not had the support system to consistently close — we give you the leads and the structure New agents who just got licensed and want to learn the right way from day one instead of figuring it out alone Experienced agents who are tired of paying for their own leads and want a team that handles marketing Bilingual agents (Spanish/English) — we serve a diverse market and this is a real advantage Anyone who is competitive, coachable, and genuinely wants to help people — not just collect a commission check Who This Is NOT For Part-time agents who treat real estate as a side hustle — we need people who are all in Agents who do not follow up — if you cannot commit to calling people back, this is not the right fit Agents who want to be left alone with no accountability — we track performance because it makes everyone better Anyone uncomfortable with technology — we use AI tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing daily About The Milner Team The Milner Team at Florida Future Realty is a team at our family-owned, independent brokerage in Cape Coral, FL.
