What You'll Do Represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions throughout the Asheville metro and WNC region Develop and maintain client relationships through prospecting, referrals, and community involvement Conduct comparative market analyses and advise clients on pricing strategy Market listings using professional photography, social media, and digital platforms Negotiate contracts and guide clients through the closing process Stay current on local market trends, MLS activity, and NC real estate law What We Offer Competitive commission splits with room to grow as you produce Established brand and community reputation since 1996 Supportive, collaborative office environment
