While this is not a traditional W-2 employee position, OnePlace provides meaningful support designed to help agents grow their business and serve clients at a higher level. Client Coverage / Time-Off Support Agents need vacations, family time, personal time, and space to recharge. When you are unavailable, our team structure helps ensure your clients are still served. Depending on the situation, team members may assist with showings, buyer needs, offers, follow-up, or client communication so your business does not come to a complete stop when you step away. Referral Program OnePlace is built for growth, and we value agents who help us grow the right way. Agents may have opportunities to earn referral-based compensation or incentives when they introduce qualified real estate agents, loan officers, or business partners to OnePlace who ultimately join and produce, subject to current company policies and applicable brokerage, lender, and state compliance requirements. Professional Development Assistance We invest heavily in agent growth. OnePlace provides ongoing training, coaching, workshops, systems education, accountability, and professional development opportunities designed to help agents become stronger salespeople, better business owners, and more confident client advisors. We also offer select certifications, specialized training tracks, and growth opportunities for agents who want to build skill, production, and leadership capacity. Who We Are Looking For Over the next few months, we are looking for 10 real estate agents who are: Licensed or soon-to-be licensed in South Carolina Able and willing to work at least 10 hours per week if employed elsewhere full-time Preferably working toward becoming full-time in real estate within one year Able to function both virtually and in person Motivated to grow their production Coachable and willing to follow proven systems Consistent with lead follow-up and client communication Disciplined and able to follow a system that is proven to work Professional, ethical, and client-focused Positive, collaborative, and growth-minded Interested in being part of a local Myrtle Beach community Excited about a multi-state real estate and mortgage platform Ready to work, learn, and build This is not the right fit for agents who want leads without accountability, training without implementation, or flexibility without responsibility. It is a strong fit for agents who want support, structure, local leadership, and a real opportunity to grow. Responsibilities As a OnePlace real estate agent, you will be expected to: Attend at least 75% of our team's virtual and in-person events. If you have another full-time job, you are excused from live attendance but are responsible for the recorded content. Follow up with assigned and self-generated leads Prospect consistently and build your personal database Attend team meetings, training, workshops, and local events Use company systems and CRM processes Communicate professionally with clients, agents, lenders, vendors, and leadership Represent buyers and sellers with care, skill, and integrity Participate in the growth of the Myrtle Beach market Maintain strong client service standards Follow applicable brokerage, MLS, state, and company requirements Help build a positive, productive, professional local culture What OnePlace Provides OnePlace provides a platform designed to help agents build with more support and less isolation.Our agents receive:
