Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process Conduct property showings, open houses, and market research to identify suitable options for clients Negotiate offers and counteroffers effectively to secure favorable terms for clients Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings across various channels Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, property details, and transaction progress Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations and real estate law to ensure compliance in all dealings Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing contracts, and coordinating with other real estate professionals Experience Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for those new to real estate Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is a plus Knowledge of marketing techniques and property management practices enhances success in this role Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law ensures ethical practice and compliance Organizational skills that enable efficient handling of multiple clients and transactions simultaneously Experience with real estate administrative tasks or property management is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on an exciting career journey where your energy and ambition can make a real difference!
