Our Brokerage Model At Kairos Realty, we believe agents deserve a simple, competitive model that helps them keep more of what they earn while still receiving real support from the brokerage.
Our current agent model includes:
Competitive commission structures based on experience and production $15,000 annual cap No monthly brokerage fee No franchise royalty Broker support and leadership access Transaction management options Compliance-focused systems A growing independent brand in Southwest Louisiana and beyond. Once an agent reaches their annual cap, they keep 100% of their commission for the remainder of their cap year, subject only to any applicable transaction or service fees. Responsibilities As a Kairos Realty agent, you will be responsible for: Representing buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions Generating and maintaining client relationships Following up with leads and sphere opportunities Preparing and negotiating offers, contracts, and related documents Communicating with clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, and cooperating agents Following all brokerage policies and compliance procedures Maintaining professionalism in all client and agent interactions Staying current on Louisiana real estate rules, contracts, MLS requirements, and Fair Housing laws Building a strong personal real estate business while contributing to the growth and reputation of
Kairos Realty Qualifications Required:
Active Louisiana real estate license, or currently pursuing licensure Strong communication skills Reliable transportation Smartphone and computer access Ability to work independently Professional attitude and appearance Willingness to follow brokerage systems and compliance requirements
Preferred:
Prior real estate sales experience Local market knowledge in Southwest Louisiana Existing sphere of influence or book of business Experience working with buyers, sellers, investors, or listings Desire to grow production and build a long-term real estate business Southwest Louisiana Markets Kairos Realty serves Southwest Louisiana, including: Lake Charles, Sulphur, Westlake, Moss Bluff, Iowa, Carlyss, Vinton, DeQuincy, Gillis, Ragley, DeRidder, Jennings, Kinder, Welsh, and surrounding areas. Agents do not have to work every market listed. We are looking for agents who want to grow in their local area while being part of a larger regional brokerage vision. $50,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
