Job Description

Real Estate Agent:
Guide clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties. Actively prospect and network to build a database of potential clients. Conduct property walk-throughs, host open houses, and study local market trends. Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from start to finish.
Requirements:
Must be willing to obtain a real estate license (we provide the schooling scholarship!). Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, and goal-oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be at least 18 years old and hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Compensation:
Commission-based:
Real estate agents are independent contractors. There is no ceiling on your income.
Estimated Earning Potential:
$45,000 to $100,000+ in your first year (depending on your dedication and effort). How to
