Responsibilities Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential properties. Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and property values. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service. Prepare and present property listings, including marketing materials and open house events. Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes. Ensure compliance with real estate laws and regulations throughout all transactions. Provide guidance to clients on financing options, property inspections, and closing processes. Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and client communications efficiently. Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders.
