Job Description

Working Model:
Hybrid (Three days onsite, Two remote)
Interview Format:
Two rounds (1•Virtual; 2•onsite)
Description:
The ideal candidate will provide operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of our real estate business. They will manage scheduling meetings, handle paperwork, coordinate transactions, and assist the Real Estate Strategy (RES) team with tasks related to transactions, compliance, and operations. Strong organizational skills, precision, and a basic understanding of corporate real estate are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Rent and Payment Processing
Transaction Lifecycle Support:
Assist in the end-to-end execution of acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing by supporting due diligence processes, helping prepare closing documents, and contributing to detailed lease reviews.
Project Management:
Assist in coordinating internal teams (Legal, Finance, Site Ops, Design & Construction) and external stakeholders (brokers, landlords, tenants) to ensure transaction timelines and milestones are met efficiently. Update and maintain comprehensive project trackers to support project activities.
Lease Compliance & Governance:
Monitor and review critical lease documentation to ensure compliance with property disclosures, insurance requirements, and move-out conditions.
Data & Records Management:
Ensure the real estate portfolio remains organized and up-to-date by monitoring key dates such as renewals and expirations. Oversee office operations by handling tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Property & Facilities Coordination:
Support internal coordination for various property management and project agreements.
Skills & Expertise:
Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication, exceptional articulation, and interpersonal skills.
Collaboration:
Highly collaborative approach, effectively working with peers and clients at various levels. High emotional intelligence and relationship-building across all levels.
Strategic Thinking:
Forward-looking, problem-solving, and adept in agile decision-making. Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace
Project Management:
Demonstrated experience in leading initiatives focused on strategic planning and execution. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
Qualifications:
5 to 10 years of experience in a corporate or administrative role, preferably in Real Estate, Legal, or Finance. Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or Business Administration, or related field, or commensurate experience instead of a degree Familiarity with Lease Harbor and MyBuy systems is a plus.
